These terms apply to your use of giftoy.co and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product details and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we can't fulfill an order — for example an item is out of stock or mispriced — we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy, and returns in our Returns & refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Product use & safety

Toys are intended for the age ranges and uses described. Please follow any age guidance and safety instructions on the packaging, and supervise young children at play.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
